Complaints & Dispute Resolution Procedures

Our procedures are in accordance with Rule 10 Real Estate Agents Act (Professional Conduct and Client Care Rules) 2012

All licensed real estate agents are required to have a written in-house complaints and dispute resolution procedure.

It is important to note that you do not have to use our complaints and resolution procedure. Even if you follow our procedure, you also have the option to make a complaint directly to the Real Estate Authority at any time too.

We have created a complaints and dispute resolution procedure that provides a simple and effective process for resolving any complaint you might have about the service you have received from our agency. To view our procedures and complaints form please click here.
